220 <br />COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING <br />JULY 11, 1960 <br />Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the Committee of the Whole in the <br />Council Chambers, City Hall, on Monday, July 11, 1960, at 8:05 P.M., with all members present. The meeting was called <br />to order by Councilman T. W. Lehman, Chairman, who presided. <br />ORDINANCE <br />AN ORDINANCE FOR ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS IN GENERAL FUND <br />$14,662.26 AND STREET AND TRAFFIC FUND $1,200.00 <br />This being the date set for the public hearing on the above Ordinance, proponents and opponents were given an oppor- <br />tunity to be heard. Councilman Kroll made a motion that the Ordinance go to the Council as favorable. Councilman <br />Tellson seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />ORDINANCE <br />AN ORDINANCE FOR ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS IN CITY PLAN <br />COMMISSION FUND $975.00 <br />This being the date set for the public hearing on the above Ordinance, proponents and opponents were given an oppor- <br />tunity to be heard. Councilman Muszynski made a motion that the Ordinance go to the Council as favorable. Council- <br />man Kroll seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />There being,no further business to come before the Committee of the Whole, Councilman Muszynski made a motion to <br />adjourn. Councilman Kroll seconded the motion.
