<br />the vacated alley lying east of and adjoining subject lot, being generally described as the corner property formed
<br />by the intersection of William Street, Navarre Street, and Portage Avenue from "B" Residential Use to 19C-1" Commercia
<br />Use was legally advertised on April 25, 1960 and given public hearing under date of May 5, 1960. The following action
<br />was taken:
<br />After due consideration it was moved, seconded, and unanimously carried that the petition be recommended
<br />favorably to the Common Council.
