REGULAR MEETING <br />MARCH 14, 1960 <br />R E S O L U T I O N <br />WHEREAS, God, in His Infinite Wisdom, has called from this life <br />LOU ADA SPITLER, mother of Freda G. Noble, City Clerk; and, <br />WHEREAS, her untimely death has brought much grief and sorrow to her <br />daughters, Mrs. Noble, Mrs. Eileen O'Brien, Mrs. Mildred <br />Schiltz and Mrs. Bette Harris, and her son Gerald G. Spitler. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That We, .the Common Council of the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana, do hereby extend to our City <br />Clerk, Freda G. Noble, and the entire family of LOU ADA <br />SPITLER, our sincere sympathy in this, their deepest hour <br />of sorrow; and, <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a page be set aside in the Council Records <br />of the City of South Bend and this Resolution be copied <br />therein and a copy duly certified be sent to the City Clerk <br />and her family. <br />T.
