SPECIAL MEETING OCTOBER 20, 1959 <br />Be it remembered that the Common Council of the.City of South Bend, Indiana, met in Special Session in the St. <br />Joseph County Circuit Court Room, Court House, South Bend, Indiana, at 7:30 P.M. <br />ROLL CALL: PRESENT: Councilmen Korpal,- Erhardt, Tellson, Christman, Kroll, Glass, Hahn and Erler. <br />ABSENT: Councilman Muszynski. <br />Discussion was had concerning the creation of a South Bend - St. Joseph County Building Authority.
