REPORT OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION The Honorable Common Council City of South Bend South ,Bend, Indiana Gentlemen: June 22, 1959 The attached petition is in error as to the address and is therefore being returned. The address should read 2009 Prairie Avenue and not 2019.Prairie Avenue. It will be necessary to refile the petition with the correct addres so that the petition can be properly advertised.
