COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING JUNE 8, 1959 Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South bend, Indiana, met in the Committee of the Whole in the Council Chambers, City Hail, on Monday, June 8, 1959, at 8 :12 P.M., with all members present. The meeting was called to order by Joseph T. Kroll, Chairman, who presided. RESOLUTION A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FORM OF CONTRACT AMENDING THE COOPERATION AGREEMENT OF SEPTEMBER 11, 1956, BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AND THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA Proponents and opponents were given an opportunity to be heard on this Resolution. Councilman Korpal made a motion that the Resolution go to the Council as favorable. Councilman Tellson seconded the motion. Motion carried. There being no further business before the Committee of the Whole, Councilman Korpal made a motion to adjourn. Councilman Hahn seconded the motion. Motion carried and the Committee of the Whole meeting adjourned at 8 :15 P.M. ATTEST: APPROVED: CLERK I
