Motion carried. <br />OLD BUSINESS: <br />Councilman Muszynski requested information as to what had transpired in the County Court on the hearing of the <br />Bremen Iron and Metal Company Junk yard injunction. City Attorney Smith stated that on April 24, 1959, at which <br />time the restraining Order was continued as a temporary injunction, a request was made that an answer be filed. <br />The answer will be filed this week and a hearing will be had thereon as quickly as possible. <br />NEW BUSINESS: <br />Councilman Kroll made a motion that the Council go on record as Congratulating Mr. and Mrs. Stanley C. Korpal, <br />on the occasion of their twenty - fifth wedding anniversary, which they will celebrate on April 28, 1959. Councilman <br />Muszynski seconded the motion. Motion carried by a standing vote. <br />There being no further business before the Council, Councilman Hahn made a motion to adjourn. Councilman Tellson <br />seconded the motion.
