2 <br />SPECIAL MEETING <br />SPECIAL MEETING <br />NOVEMBER 25, 1958 <br />NOVEMBER 25, 1958 <br />This being the time set for the continued special meeting of the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, <br />the meeting was called to order at 7:38 P.M. In the absence of Stanley C. Korpal, President, and upon the approval <br />of the members present, Joseph T. Kroll called to meeting to order. Since there was not a quorum present, the meetin, <br />was continued and recessed until Monday, December 1, 1958, and the business scheduled for this Special Meeting will <br />be taken up at the Special Meeting on December 1, 1958, at 8 :00 P.M. <br />Councilman Muszynski made a motion that the meeting be adjourned and recessed until Monday, December 1, 1958, and <br />that the Clerk be directed to notify all Council Members to that effect.
