REGULAR MEETING <br />COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING: <br />NOVEMBER 24, 1958 <br />Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the Committee of the Whole, <br />in the Council Chambers at 8:19 P.M., Monday, November 24, 1958, with all members present except Councilman Carr. <br />In the absence of Councilman Carr, Chairman of the Committee of the Whole, President Korpal requested Councilman <br />Hahn to act as Chairman. <br />ORDINANCE <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FROM THE GENERAL FUND $2,500.00 TO HEALTH DEPARTMENT <br />ACCOUNT NO. W0264- -AGED AND AGING HEALTH PROGRAM, ALL OF THE BUDGET FOR THE <br />CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, FOR 1958 AND DECLARING AN EXTRAORDINARY <br />EMERGENCY <br />Proponents and opponents were given an opportunity to be heard on this Ordinance. Councilman Erler made a motion <br />that the Ordinance go to the Council as favorable. Councilman Kroll seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />There being no further business before the Committee of the Whole, Councilman Korpal made a motion to adjourn. <br />Councilman PZaszynski seconded the motion.
