SPECIAL MEETING NOVEMBER 19, 1958 <br />This being the time set for the continued Special Meeting of the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, <br />the meeting was called to order at 8:18 P.M., by President Stanley C. Korpal, who stated that since there was not <br />a quorum present, the meeting would be continued until November 25, 1958, at 7 :30 P.M. <br />Councilman Kroll made a motion that the meeting be adjourned and recessed until Tuesday, November 25, 1958, at <br />7:39 P.M.
