SPECIAL MEETING <br />NOVEMBER 17, 1958 <br />This being the time set for the continued Special Meeting of the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, <br />the meeting was called to order at 8 :05 P.M., by President Stanley C. Korpal, who stated that since there was not a <br />quorum present, the meeting would be continued until 7:30 P.M., on Wednesday, November 19, 1958. <br />Councilman Tellson made a motion that the meeting be adjourned and recessed until Wednesday, November 19, 1958, at <br />7:30 P.M., and that the Clerk be directed to notify all Councilmen of said meeting.
