The following action was taken: <br />RLH /mah <br />Attach. <br />After due consideration the Commission found that commercial zoning of subject property might <br />possibly be desirable in the future as part of a general plan of development of a larger area, <br />but that the granting of the subject petition at this time would constitute undesirable spot <br />zoning. E -216B Travel Expenses - Probation Officer, ALL OF THE BUDGET FOR THE <br />CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, FOR 1958, AND DECLARING AN EXTRAORDINARY EMERGENCY. <br />The Ordinance was given first reading by title and second reading in full. Councilman Kroll made a motion that the <br />Ordinance be set for public hearing on October 27, 1958. Councilman Hahn seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />There being no further business before the Council, Councilman Hahn made a motion to adjourn. Councilman Kroll <br />seconded the motion.
