REQULAR -MEET INQ <br />$AY 26, 1958 <br />Bew,it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in Regular Session in the Council <br />Chambers, Monday, May 26, 1958, at 8:27 P.M., with all members present except Councilmen Hahn and Muszynski. The <br />meeting was called to order by President Stanley C. Korpal, who presided. <br />ROLL CALL <br />PRESENT: Councilmen Korpal, Carr, Tellson, Christman, Kroll, Glass, Erler <br />ABSENT: Councilmen Hahn and Muszynski <br />MINUTES: <br />Report of Committee on Minutes: <br />To the Common Council of the City of South Bend: <br />Your committee on the inspection and supervision of the Minutes, would respectfully report that they have inspected <br />the minutes of the previous meeting of the Council and found them correct. Riggs Request to Withdraw <br />Petition for Rezoning Lot 16, Oak <br />Park First Addition to the City.of <br />South Bend, commonly known as 1017 <br />East Dubail t treet, South Bend, Ind. <br />This is a follow -up of our letter, dated May 9, 1958, pertaining to the Buy and Sell Agreement with Jess F. Riggs and <br />Deloros Riggs for the purchase of Lot 16, Oak Park First Addition to the City of South Bend. This property is <br />commonly described as 1017 East Dubail Street, South Bend, Indiana. <br />You will recall that at the Council meeting of May 12, 1958, that the Council read the Ordinance for the first, and <br />second time, aid set it for public hearing on final passage on May 26, 1958. <br />Please be advised that Mr. and Mrs. Riggs have conveyed the property to our client, Richard J. Birmingham and Jeanne <br />M. Birmingham, husband and wife, on May 15, 1958 and the Warranty Deed has been recorded in Deed Record Bonk 578, <br />page 182, of the records of the St. Joseph County Recorder's Office.
