COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING: <br />APRIL 28, 1958 <br />Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the Committee of the Whole in <br />the Council Chambers, Monday, April.28, 1958, at 8:14 P.M., with all members present. The meeting was called to <br />order by,Councilman Carr, Chairman, who presided. <br />RESOLUTION <br />PETITION FOR AUTHORITY TO ISSUE BONDS, NOTES, INTERIM CERTIFICATES, DEBENTURES OR <br />OTHER EVIDENCES OF INDEBTEDNESS <br />I' <br />Proponents and opponents were given an opportunity to be heard on this Resolution. Councilman Hahn made a motion <br />IIIthat the Resolution go to the Council as favorable. Councilman Kroll seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />There being no further business before the Committee of the Whole, Councilman Hahn made a motion to adjourn. <br />k Councilman Kroll seconded the motion.
