SPECIAL MEETING December 6, 1971 <br />SPECIAL MEETING <br />DECEMBER 6, 1971 <br />Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the Coun- <br />cil Chambers in the County -City Building on Monday, December 6, 1971 at 7:05 P. M. with eight <br />Council Members, one absent, ( Councilman Grounds). The meeting was called to order by Council <br />President Robert O. Laven. He directed the City Clerk to read the Notice of Special Meeting <br />of the Common Council, that was received by each Councilman. <br />TO THE MEMBERS OF THE COMMON COUNCIL <br />NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COMMON COUNCIL <br />You are hereby notified that there will be a "Special Meeting" of the Common Council of the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana, on the 6th day of December, 1971, at 7:00 o'clock P. M. local <br />time, in the Council Chambers, County City Building, for the purpose of: <br />1st. and 2nd. reading on: <br />=SAN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A LEASE AND TRUST <br />INDENTURE AND THE ISSUANCE OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT REVENUE <br />BONDS PERTAINING TO SERVICE PRINTERS INC. <br />The Chief of Police or any member of the Police Force is directed to serve a copy of this <br />notice to each member of the Common Council and make due return hereon. <br />Dated: December 2, 1971 <br />/s1 Robert O. Councilman Reinke <br />made a motion, seconded by Councilman Craven, that the ordinance be set for public hearing on <br />December 13, 1971. Motion carried. 8 ayes, 0 nays, 1 absent (Councilman Grounds) <br />Councilman Reinke introduced Mr. Michael Infalt and Mr. Joseph Dillon, Co- Owners of Service <br />Printers Inc. <br />Councilman Laven made a motion, seconded by Councilman Craven, for adjournment.
