REGULAR MEETING - RECONVENED July 27, 1971 <br />Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, reconvened, after <br />recess, in the Council Chambers in the County -City Building on Tuesday, July 27, 1971 at <br />6:35 P.M., with 7 members present, (Councilmen Laven, Allen, Craven, Reinke, Szymkowiak, Wise, <br />and Palmer), 2 absent (Councilmen - Grounds and Zielinski). The meeting was called to order by <br />Council President Robert O. Laven who presided. <br />
