REGULAR MEETING MAY 24, 1971 REPORTS FROM AREA PLAN COMMISSION (Continued) May 20, 1971 The Honorable Common Council of the City of South Bend County -City Building South Bend, Indiana Gentlemen: Re: Rezoning petition of South Bend Range Corporation The attached rezoning petition of South Bend Range Corporation was advertised foxvublic hearing on April 10 and April 17, 1971 and a public hearing was had on Tuesday, April 20, 1971, at which time a continuance was requested to the May 18, 1971 meeting. At the May 18, 1971 meeting the following action was taken: After due consideration it was moved, seconded and carried that the ordinance and site development plan be recommended favorably to the Common Council of the City of South Bend. Excerpts from the minutes of said meeting will be forwarded to you at a later date. S. 31 By -Pass Interchange The attached rezoning petition originated by the Area Plan Commission of St. Joseph County was advertised for public hearing on May 8 and May 15, 1971, and a public hearing was held on Tuesday, May 18, 1971, at which time the following action was taken: After due consideration, it was moved, seconded and carried that the ordinance be recommended favorably to the Common Council of the City of South Bend subject to the finalization of the annexation.
