<br />Councilman Grounds made a motion, seconded by Councilman Zielinski that the Petition be sent
<br />to the Area Plan Commission for study. Motion carried.
<br />REPORT OF THE COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE
<br />Council President Laven entertained a motion to waive the reading of the Committee of the Whole
<br />Reports. Councilman Allen so moved. Councilman Wise seconded the motion. Motion carried
<br />unanimously.

<br />The Ordinance was given third reading. Councilman Zielinski made a motion for passage of the
<br />Ordinance as amended, in favor of the amendments as read. Councilman Craven seconded the motion.

<br />INDIANA, PROVIDING FOR THE ADOPTION OF A BASIC
<br />BUILDING CODE.
