Washington St., complained of rats and unsightliness of a dump on the <br />North side of Linden Ave. in the LaSalle Park Area on the far West side of South Bend. HE� showed <br />the Councilmen pictures of the area. The Council recommended he confer with the Board of Public <br />Works and Safety. <br />
