Councilman Reinke said the Area Plan Commission had done much of the work on <br />site selection for the units. Mayor Allen spoke in behalf of the resolution. Councilman Allen <br />made a motion that the Resolution be accepted by the Council. Councilman Grounds seconded the <br />motion. Motion carried. 5 ayes, (Councilmen Laven, Allen, Palmer, Craven and Grounds) 4 nays, <br />(Councilmen Reinke, Szymkowiak, Wise and Zielinski) <br />There being no further business to come before the Council, Councilman Craven made a motion to <br />adjourn.
