<br />AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE PRESENCE OF MINORS UNDER
<br />THE FULL AGE OF EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS ON PUBLIC STREETS
<br />AND OTHER PUBLIC PLACES BETWEEN CERTAIN HOURS, WITH
<br />EXCEPTIONS. DEFINING RESPONSIBILITIES OF PARENTS OR
<br />GUARDIANS OR OTHER HAVING THE LEGAL CARE AND CUSTODY
<br />OF MINORS UNDER THE FULL AGE OF EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS
<br />AND PROVIDING FOR PENALTIES AND ARRESTS FOR VIOLATION
<br />THEREOF, DESCRIBING CERTAIN PROCEDURES IN THE APPRE-
<br />HENSION AND PROCESSING OF SUCH MINORS UNDER THE FULL
<br />AGE OF(18) YEARS AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN
<br />CONFLICT HEREWITH, AS AMENDED.

<br />A motion was made by Councilman Reinke that copies of the ordinance be sent to the South
<br />Bend Community School Corporation and to Parochial School authorities where they can be
<br />distributed to each school for posting on their bulletin boards. The Clerk was instructed
<br />to make enough copies for distribution to the schools. The motion was seconded by Councilman
<br />Palmer. Motion carried.
