COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING JULY 22, 1968
<br />Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the Committee of the Whole
<br />in the Council Chambers of City Hall on Monday, July 22, 1968 at 8:10 P.M., nine members present, (Councilmen
<br />Laven, Allen, Craven, Reinke, Grounds, Szymkowiak, Wise, Palmer, and Zielinski). None absent. The Invocation
<br />was given by Reverend James 0. Banks, Sunnyside Presbyterian Church. The meeting was called to order by
<br />Chairman William W. Grounds, who presided.
<br />ORDINANCE
<br />AN ORDINANCE FIXING MAXIMUM SALARIES OF APPOINTED
<br />OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
<br />INDIANA, FOR THE YEAR 1969.
<br />Councilman Janet S. Allem, Chairman of the Fees and Salaries Committee, gave the Committee Report on the above
<br />Ordinance, recommending following amended salaries.

<br />Your Committee on Fees and Salaries to whom was referred "AN ORDINANCE FIXING MAXIMUM SALARIES OF APPOINTED
