Grounds <br />Chairman <br />Councilman Allen objected to receiving the report on the basis that the Resolution had not been committed to the <br />Committee of the Whole, Common Council meeting of February 26, 1968. President Laven over -ruled the objection. <br />The ruling of the chair was upheld.
