Councilman Horvath made a motion that the ordinance be set for <br />and second reading on October 8, 1973, seconded by Councilman Kopczynski. Councilman Horvath made a motion that the ordinance be set for <br />and second reading on October 8, 1973, seconded by Councilman Newburn.
