REGULAR MEETING - RECONVENED (CONTINUED) <br />ORDINANCE (CONTINUED) PARKING GARAGE BUDGET OF THE PARKING GARAGE <br />FUND OF THE CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. <br />This ordinance had first reading. Councilman Szymkowiak made a motion that the ordinance be set <br />for public hearing and second reading on September 24, 1973, seconded by Councilman Horvath. The <br />motion carried. <br />ORDINANCE AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF $6,000.00 <br />FROM ACCOUNT NO. 630.0, "PERF ", TO ACCOUNT <br />530.0, "REFUNDS, AWARDS AND INDEMNITIES ", ALL <br />ACCOUNTS BEING WITHIN THE CONTROLLER'S BUDGET, <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. <br />This ordinance had first reading. Councilman Szymkowiak made a motion that the ordinance beset <br />for public hearing and second reading on September 24, 1973, seconded by Councilman Taylor. The <br />motion carried. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Council President Nemeth indicated that it was necessary for the Council to make an appointment to <br />the A.C.T.I.O.N. Board. Councilman Taylor made a motion to re- appoint Constance Green, seconded b� <br />Councilman Kopczynski. The motion carried. <br />Council President Nemeth indicated that he had appointed a special committee on motor vehicles <br />consisting of Councilman Kopczynski as Chairman, Councilmen Newburn, Szymkowiak, Miller and himsel: <br />He stated that this committee had been established in order to clarify the city -owned vehicle <br />situation and the disposition of the automobiles. <br />There being no further business to come before the Council, unfinished or new, Councilman Taylor <br />made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Councilman Kopczynski.
