The property sought to be rezoned is located at the extreme Southeast end <br />of the Broadmoor Shopping Center, located on Miami Street and Ireland Road <br />in the City of South Bend, County of St. Joseph, State of Indiana. <br />2. The property is owned by Broadmoor Shopping Center, Inc. <br />3. A legal description of the property is as follows: <br />Lots Numbered Two Hundred Fifty (250) and Two Hundred Fifty One (251) <br />as shown on the revised plat of Broadmoor Third (3rd) Section, an <br />addition to the City of South Bend, County of St. Joseph, State of <br />Indiana. <br />4. It is desired and requested that the foregoing property be rezoned: <br />From "B" Residential Use and "B" Height and Area District <br />To "C" Commercial Use and "C" Height and Area District. <br />5. It is proposed that the property will be put to the following use and the <br />following building will be constructed (including number of dwelling units <br />if residential): <br />A branch drive in for the National Bank and Trust'Company of South Bend, <br />Indiana, where people may bank from their car or enter the premises to <br />conduct their business. <br />6. Number of off - street parking spaces to be provided: 60 off - street parking <br />spaces. <br />7.
