SPECIAL MEETING AUGUST 9, 1972 <br />ORDINANCES, FIRST AND SECOND READING (CONTINUED) <br />ORDINANCE AN ORDINANCE LEVYING TAXES AND FIXING THE RATE OF <br />TAXATION FOR THE PURPOSE OF RAISING REVENUE TO MEET <br />THE NECESSARY EXPENSE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING <br />DECEMBER 31, 1973. <br />This Ordinance had first reading by title and second reading in full. Councilman Kopczynski <br />made a motion that the ordinance be set for public hearing and third reading on August 28, 1972, <br />seconded by Councilman Serge. Motion carried. <br />Councilman Parent made a motion that the ordinances concerning the budget and the tax rate, <br />which were read on July 31, 1972, be stricken from the files.
