Nemeth and the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag was given. <br />ROLL _CALL <br />PRESENT: Councilmen Serge, Szymkowiak, Miller, Parent, Taylor, Kopczynski, Horvath <br />Newburn and Nemeth. <br />ABSENT: None <br />Councilman Peter Nemeth announced that firstereading second <br />to restructure government. This Ord inance <br />that if there were no objections the amendment the ordinance and <br />proceed with mo�entolstrike <br />Newburn said that he had prepared an mendment <br />out everything after the title of the ordinance and insert the amended ordinance. The motion <br />was seconded by Councilman Miller and carried. <br />The Clerk was instructed to proceed with the second reading. <br />RESOLVE INTO THE COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE <br />Council President Nemeth entertained a motion to resolve into the Committee of the Whole, so <br />moved by Councilman Parent, seconded by Councilman Tay lor, <br />COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING <br />Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City f South Bend, Indiana May in the Committee <br />of the Whole in the Council Chambers of the County-City Building Monday, <br />8:20 p.m. with nine members present.
