Motion carried. <br />PETITION TO AMEND ZONING ORDINANCE <br />We, the undersigned, do hereby respectfully make application and petition the Common Council of <br />South Bend, Indiana to amend the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana as herein- <br />after requested, and in support of this application, the following facts are shown: <br />1. The property sought to be rezoned is located at 18401 State Route 23. <br />2. The property is owned by Lyle D. Burnside, Philip Glassman and James Locker. <br />3. A legal description of the property is as follows: Part of the Southwest Quarter of the <br />Southeast Quarter of Section 31, Township 38 North, Range 3 East, more particularly described <br />as follows: Beginning at a point on the Westerly line of Indiana State Road No. 23 (Edwards - <br />burg Highway) 801.38 feet Southwesterly of the North Line of the said Southwest Quarter <br />of the Southeast Quarter of Section 31, thence continuing South 34 degrees 32 minutes 40 <br />seconds West along said Westerly line of said Highway a distance of 177.35 feet to a point; <br />thence North 55 degrees 27 minutes 20 seconds West, a distance of 130.00 feet to a point; <br />thence North 34 degrees 32 minutes 40 seconds East a distance of 177.35 feet to a point; <br />thence South 55 degrees 27 minutes 20 seconds East, a distance of 130.00 feet to the point <br />of beginning.
