COMMUNICATIONS <br />There were no Communications. <br />5. OLD BUSINESS <br />There was no Old Business. <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />A. South Bend Central Development Area <br />(1) Resolution No. 3147 approving and authorizing the execution of an Amendment to the <br />Addendum to the Master Agency Agreement, Supplement #1 with the Board of Public <br />Works (Studebaker Plaza). <br />Mr. Kam noted that Resolution No. 3147 and Amendment #1 to the Addendum to the <br />Master Agency Agreement is for the Studebaker Plaza project in downtown. On June 11, <br />2013, the BPW opened bids. The bid received from the lowest responsive, responsible <br />bidder is higher than the resources currently allocated for the project. <br />The following provides a breakdown of the activity to date: <br />
