5G <br />REGULAR MEETING APR I7 14, 1980 <br />REGULAR MEETING RECONVENED (CONTINUED <br />BILL NO. 40-80 <br />A BILL APPROPRIATING $1,517.00 FROM THE DISCOVERY HALL FUND OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, FOR RENTAL OF STORAGE SPACE FOR THE <br />STUDEBAKER COLLECTION TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF AD- <br />MINISTRATION AND FINANCE. <br />This bill had first reading. Council Member Beck made a motion to set this bill for public <br />hearing and second reading April 28, 1980, seconded by Council Member Dombrowski. The motion <br />carried. <br />PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR <br />Mr. Floyd Carter, 1619 Fassnacht, complained that the contractors constructing the Orange- Colfax <br />sewer and traffic project have left the area in a mess and buses and pedestrians are mired in <br />mud. <br />There being no further business to come before the Council unfinished or new, Council Member <br />Taylor made a motion to adourn, seconded by Council Member Dombrowski.
