�c <br />7, <br />V � - <br />V � i <br />Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council <br />2013 <br />The May 29, 2013 Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council was called to order by <br />Council President Derek D. Dieter at 5:01 p.m. in the Council Informal Meeting Room. <br />Persons in attendance included Council Members Tim Scott, Henry Davis, Jr., Dr. Fred Ferlic, <br />Valerie Schey, Oliver J. Davis, Derek D. Dieter, Gavin Ferlic, and Dr. Dave Varner; Corporation <br />Counsel Cristal Briscoe, Assistant City Attorney Andrea Beachkofsky, and Council Attorney <br />Kathleen Cekanski - Farrand <br />The Executive Session was called pursuant to the May 23, 2013 "Notice of Executive Session" <br />(copy attached) for the purpose of "...the discussion of strategy with respect to pending litigation <br />or litigation which has been threatened in writing" pursuant to Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5 - <br />6.1(b)(2)(B) <br />This is to certify that the only subject matter discussed at this Executive Session was that <br />contained in the May 23, 2013 Notice of Executive Session. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Derek D.
