<br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF $12,574 FROM ACCOUNT NO.
<br />120.0 SALARIES AND WAGES, TEMPORARY T.0 ACCOUNT NO. 110.0
<br />SALARIES AND WAGES, REGULAR, BOTH ACCOUNTS BEING WITHIN THE
<br />CITY ATTORNEY'S BUDGET OF THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
<br />BEND, INDIANA.
<br />WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed since the adoption of the existing)
<br />annual budget so that it is now necessary to transfer money from.one account to another in the
<br />annual budget to allow the City Attorney's Office to fulfill its functions, and I
<br />WHEREAS, it has been ascertained that a certain account in the City Attorney's Budget has
<br />excess funds.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Common Council of theCity of South Bend, Indiana:

<br />emergency is declared to exist concerning the foregoing transfer, and it is in the best interest
<br />to do so.
<br />SECTION III. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
<br />by the Common Council of the City of South Bend.
