a <br />1� REGULAR MEETING OCTOBER 23, 1978 <br />REGULAR MEETING RECONVENED (CONTINUED) <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Council Member Kopczynski made a motion to appoint Joe Burkus, to the Century Center Board of <br />Managers to replace Stanley Ladd, seconded by Council Member Adams. The motion carried. <br />Council Member Adams made a motion to appoint Andrew Plodowski, Jr., a citizen member of the <br />Utilities Committee, seconded by Council Member Taylor. The motion carried. <br />Council Member Kopczynski made a motion to appoint George Proctor -Smith a citizen members of the <br />Human Resources Committee, seconded by Council Member Adams. The motion carried. <br />There being no further business to come before the Council, unfinished or new, Council Member <br />Adams made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Council Member Horvath.
