<br />This bill had first reading. Council Member Adams made a motion to refer this bill and petition
<br />to Area Plan, seconded by Council Member Dombrowski. The motion carried.

<br />INDIANA.
<br />This bill had first reading. Council Member Adams made a motion to refer this bill to the City
<br />Engineer, seconded by Council Member Dombrowski. The motion carried. Council Member Miller
<br />made a motion to set this bill for public hearing and second reading January 9, 1977, seconded
<br />by Council Member Taylor. The motion carried. Council Member Adams asked for the City Engineer'
<br />recommendation by January 3, 1977.

<br />Council President Parent asked for a motion to strike all but the Historic Landmark Bill No.
<br />145 -77. Council Member Dombrowski made a motion to strike the bills and resolutions, except
<br />Bill No. 145 -77, from the record, seconded by Council Member Taylor. The motion carried.
<br />Council Member Adams asked Mr. Brunner to research whether it is possible for the Parking Garage
<br />Fund to be charged with the expenses of Century Center and not be credited with the revenue.
<br />There being no further business to come before the Council, unfinished or new, Council Member
<br />Miller made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Council Member Taylor. The motion carried and the
<br />meeting was adjourned at 11:15 p.m.
