Larry Neff was sworn in as a citizen member of the Personnel and Finance Committee <br />Mr. J. Paul Herr was sworn in as a citizen member of the Residential Neighborhood nd <br />by the City Clerk, Irene Gammon. s Co Committee, <br />Council Member Kopczynski made a motion to change the second regular meeting of the month <br />July 18, 1977, at 6:00 p.m., seconded by Council Member Dombrowski. The motion carried to <br />Member Adams asked that the City Clerk's office advertise the ordinances ] Counc <br />e Police and Fire salary <br />on July 8, and July 15, 1977, y dinnces <br />Council Member Dombrowski made a motion to start the July 11, 1977 meeting of the Cou <br />5 :00 p.m., seconded by Council Member Adams.
