58 <br />REGULAR MEETING APRIL 12, 1977 <br />COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE <br />Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend met in the Committee of the <br />Whole on Tuesday, April 12, 1977, at 7:01 p.m., with seven members present. <br />Council President Parent made a motion to continue all public hearing set for April 12, 1977 to <br />April 13, 1977, seconded by Council Member Dombrowski. The motion carried. <br />There being no further business to come before the Committee of the Whole, Council Member DombrowEki <br />made a motion to rise and report to the Council, seconded by Council Member Taylor. The motion <br />carried. <br />RESOLUTION A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FIFTH AMENDMENT TO A CONTRACT <br />BETWEEN THE SOUTH BEND CITY WATER WORKS AND SEWAGE DIS- <br />POSAL PLANT AND CLAY UTILITIES, INC., FOR FURNISHING <br />OF WATER AND SEWAGE TREATMENT TO THE CLAY TOWNSHIP AREA <br />IN ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, INDIANA. <br />The above resolution was set for public hearing on April 12, 1977. Council Member Dombrowski mad <br />a motion to continue public hearing on the resolution to April 13, 1977, seconded by Council Member <br />Taylor. The motion carried. 11 <br />Council Member Dombrowski made a motion to continue this meeting until 7:00 p.m., April 13, 1977, <br />seconded by Council Member Taylor. The motion carried. <br />There being no further business to come before the Council, unfinished or new, Council Member Hor ath <br />made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Council Member Dombrowski. The motion carried and the meeting <br />g <br />was adjourned at 7:05 p.m. <br />
