REGULAR MEETING <br />MARCH 14, 1977 <br />REGULAR MEETING RECONVENED (CONTINUED) <br />BILL NO. 37 -77 A BILL AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4990 -68, AS <br />AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDI- <br />NANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />(CHAPTER 21, MUNICIPAL CODE) (4210 LINCOLN <br />WAY WEST) <br />This bill had first reading. Council Member Adams made a motion to refer the bill and petition <br />to Area Plan, seconded by Council Member Dombrowski. The motion carried. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Council Member Kopczynski asked that a letter be directed to the Director of Utilities, in order <br />to find out what they have spent to provide services to Clay Utilities, and if the City has re- <br />ceived any reimbursement. <br />There being no further business to:come before the Council, unfinished or new, Council Member <br />Adams made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Council Member Dombrowski.
