<br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $18,000 FROM THE FEDERAL
<br />ASSISTANCE GRANT COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS GENERAL
<br />REVENUE SHARING FOR VARIOUS CODE ENFORCEMENT PROGRAMS
<br />TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND THROUGH
<br />ITS DEPARTMENT OF LAW.
<br />This ordinance had second reading. Council Member Serge made a motion to pass the ordinance,
<br />seconded by Council Member Szymkowiak. The ordinance passed by a roll call vote of nine ayes
<br />(Council Members Serge, Szymkowiak, Miller, Taylor, Kopczynski, Adams, Dombrowski, Horvath and
<br />Parent) .

<br />FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS
<br />GENERAL REVENUE SHARING, FOR.OPERATION OF CENTURY
<br />CENTER, TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE CITY OF SOUTH
<br />BEND THROUGH THE DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION AND
<br />FINANCE.
<br />This ordinance had second reading. Council Member Serge made a motion to amend the ordinance
<br />as amended in the Committee of the Whole, seconded by Council Member Szymkowiak. The motion
<br />carried. Council Member Serge made a motion to pass the ordinance, as amended, seconded by
<br />Council Member Szymkowiak. The ordinance passed by a roll call vote of nine ayes (Council MembE
<br />Serge, Szymkowiak, Miller, Taylor Kopczynski, Adams, Dombrowski, Horvath and Parent).

<br />MENT, TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND
<br />THROUGH THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS.
<br />This ordinance had second reading. Council Member Taylor made a motion to amend the ordinance,
<br />as amended in the Committee of the Whole, seconded by Council Member Serge. The motion carried,
<br />Council Member Taylor made a motion to pass the ordinance, as amended, seconded by Council MembE
<br />Dombrowski. The ordinance passed by a roll call vote of eight ayes (Council Members Serge,
<br />Szymkowiak, Miller, Taylor, Kopczynski, Adams, Dombrowski, and Parent) and one nay (Council
<br />Member Horvath) .

<br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $49,231 FROM THE FEDERAL
<br />ASSISTANCE GRANT COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS GENERAL
<br />REVENUE SHARING, FOR OPERATION OF THE YOUTH SERVICES
<br />BUREAU, TO BE ADMINISTERED THROUGH THE DEPARTMENT OF
<br />HUMAN RESOURCES.
<br />This ordinance had second reading. Council Member Taylor made a motion to pass the ordinance,
<br />seconded by Council Member Serge. The ordinance passed by a roll call vote of nine ayes (Counci
<br />Members Serge, Szymkowiak, Miller, Taylor, Kopczynski, Adams, Dombrowski, Horvath and Parent).
