REGULAR MEETING / SEPTEMBER 27, 1976 <br />Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend met in the Council Chambers of <br />the County City Building on Monday, September 27, 1976, at 7:00 p.m., Council President Roger 0. <br />Parent presiding. The meeting was called to order and the Pledge to the Flag was given. <br />ROLL CALL PRESENT: Council Members Serge., Szymkowiak, Miller, Taylor,Kopczynski, <br />Adams, Dombrowski, Horvath and Parent. <br />I <br />ABSENT: None <br />Council President Parent asked for a moment of silent prayer in memory of James Marchelewicz, WNDU <br />News Director, who recently died of a heart attack. <br />Council Member Adams made a motion to resolve into the Committee of the Whole, seconded by Council` <br />ember Dombrowski. The motion carried. <br />
