<br />AND BRINGING WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS
<br />OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, CERTAIN LAND
<br />The undersigned, being the fee simple title holders of the following described realty, to-
<br />wit:
<br />Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section Thirty (30)
<br />Township Thirty -seven (37) North, Range Three (3) East, described as beginning
<br />at a point on the South line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter,
<br />Seven Hundred and Thirty -seven Hundredths (700.37) feet West of the Southeast
<br />corner thereof, which point is on the center line of a highway known as Ireland
<br />Road; running thence North Four Hundred Twenty and Forty -two Hundredths (420.42)
<br />feet; thence West One Hundred Three and Sixty -one Hundredths (103.61) feet; thence
<br />South Four Hundred Twenty and Forth -two Hundredths (420.42) feet to the South line
<br />of said Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarer; thence East, along said South
