PR.TTTTnMq PETITION FOR VOLUNTARY ANNEXATION TO AND BRINGING WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, CERTAIN LAND The undersigned, being the fee simple title holders of the following described realty, to- wit: Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section Thirty (30) Township Thirty -seven (37) North, Range Three (3) East, described as beginning at a point on the South line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, Seven Hundred and Thirty -seven Hundredths (700.37) feet West of the Southeast corner thereof, which point is on the center line of a highway known as Ireland Road; running thence North Four Hundred Twenty and Forty -two Hundredths (420.42) feet; thence West One Hundred Three and Sixty -one Hundredths (103.61) feet; thence South Four Hundred Twenty and Forth -two Hundredths (420.42) feet to the South line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarer; thence East, along said South line, One Hundred Three and Sixty -one Hundredths (103.61) feet to the place of be- ginning. which property is contiguous to the present City Limits of South Bend, hereby respectfully peti the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana to annex and bring within the City Limits of said City the above described real estate.
