372 <br />REGULAR MEETING DECEMBER 15, 1975 <br />UNFINISHED BUSINESS (CONTINUED) <br />Councilman Miller made a motion to strike the resolution concerning the prevention of conflicts <br />of interest which was filed in the Clerk's office on April 2, 1975, seconded by Councilman Tayloi <br />The motion carried. <br />Councilman Miller made a motion to reappoint William Welsheimer to the Redevelopment Board of <br />Trustees, seconded by Councilman Taylor. The motion carried unanimously. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Council President Parent indicated that the Council would have its organizational meeting on <br />January, 5, 1976, at 7:30 p.m. He asked that the Council conduct one regular meeting in January <br />on the 19th at 7:00 p.m. Councilman Taylor made such a motion, seconded by Councilman Miller. <br />The motion carried. <br />There being no further business to come before the Council, unfinished or new, Councilman New <br />made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Councilman Taylor.
