East Res. <br />* Funds are subject to the City Controller's determination of availability; if funds are unavailable, as solely determined by the City Controller, <br />then the authorization of the expenditure of such funds shall be void and of no effect. <br /> <br />PURPOSE OF REQUEST: $285,000 Budget Request for rent for the South Bend Technology Resource <br />Center <br /> <br />SPECIFICS: For a number of years, the City of South Bend has leased space in Ignition Park and <br />established the South Bend Technology Resource Center. This space serves as a dual purpose of serving as <br />space for City staff as well as a community resource center. Community space is available to book by the <br />public for community meetings and other community activities.
