Councilman Miller felt the Council should be in a position to make the necessary <br />appointments on October 6th. Councilman Nemeth asked about the ordinance creating the Board of <br />Managers, and Mr. Hunt indicated that he felt there would be no problem with the State Board. <br />There being no further business to come before the Council, unfinished or new, Councilman Nemeth <br />made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Councilman Miller.
