August 25, 1975, at 4:00 f <br />g• The meeting was called to order and the Pledge to the Fla was <br />p.m., Council President Roger 0. <br />ROLL CALL g given. <br />PRESENT: Councilmen Serge, Szymkowiak, <br />Milder, Taylor, Kopczynski, <br />Horvath, Nemeth, Newburn and <br />Parent <br />ABSENT: , None. <br />Councilman Taylor made a motion to resolve into the C <br />Horvath. The motion carried. ommittee of the Whole, seconded by Councilman <br />COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING <br />Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City f <br />Whole on Monday, August 25,, 1975, at 4:01 Y South Bend met in the Committee of the <br />presided.. p.m., with nine members present. Chairman Odell Newbur <br />n <br />ORDINANCE AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $25,000.00 FRO M <br />THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT GRANT FUND FOR <br />VARIOUS PUBLIC WORKS PROGRAMS, TO BE <br />ADMINISTERED BY THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND <br />THROUGH ITS DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS. <br />This being the time heretofore set for <br />opponents were given an o Public hearing on the above ordinance, proponents and <br />neetin PPortunity to be heard (this ordinance continued from the August 11th <br />5)• Councilman Miller made a motion to refer the ordinance to the Public Works Committee, <br />
