ORDINANCE NO. ~ ~ ~ ~~ b3 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE, AND DESIGNATING <br />THE STRUCTURES AND REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1114 <br />LINCOLNWAY WEST, IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, A LOCAL <br />HISTORIC LANDMARK <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT <br />The Historic Preservation Commission of South Bend & St. Joseph County has <br />petitioned for the designation of the following described structures and real property as <br />an Historic Landmark, pursuant to Ordinance No. 5565-73, as amended, to wit: <br />The Secor House, built in 1903, with land and garage, being Lot 3 JN Lederers' <br />Addition. <br />Commonly known as 1114 Lincoln Way West, South Bend <br />The historic Preservation Commission of South Bend and St. Joseph County, after <br />due study, and in agreement with its present owners, has recommended the designation of <br />the property as an Historic Landmark. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />Section 1. The Secor House, with its yard and garage, is hereby designated and <br />established as an Historic Landmark under Ordinance No. 5565-73, as amended. <br />Section 2.
