New sign is longer, but smaller overall at 7' x 28". <br />Positioning will be very similar, but slightly further back (closer to front landing) than the previous sign. <br />Poles will be black metal, but will not be visible with the new landscaping that is coming in after the sign <br />(approved on previous COA). <br />When you look at the quote / specs from the sign company - this COA is just for the "Sign A" that is going <br />in front of the house. <br />File Upload <br />Site Plans, Aerial Views, and/or Blueprints: One (1) set shall be submitted with the Application. <br />Uploaded documentation must show existing property lines, buildings, structures, and proposed project <br />location(s).
