15 <br />EXHIBIT B <br />Project Plan <br />The Developer will complete the following work substantially in accordance with the terms <br />and conditions of this Agreement and in material compliance with all applicable laws and <br />regulations: <br />The Developer shall renovate and rehabilitate one hundred seventy-four (174) affordable <br />rental housing units and maintain all required affordability restrictions applicable to the <br />rental housing units. The renovation of each rental housing unit shall be deemed complete <br />upon the issuance of a Permanent Certificate of Occupancy pertaining to that unit.
