(15) The placing or accumulating on or within any real or personal property or the <br /> permitting of same, of any matter which attracts or may attract rodents, insects, <br /> domestic or wild animals in such a manner as to create a health hazard or unsanitary or <br /> dangerous condition. <br /> (16) Any real or personal property, used as a place of residence or habitation or for <br /> sleeping, including structures or vehicles, that is maintained in such a way as to be <br /> dangerous or detrimental to life or health due to lack of or defects in water, drainage, <br /> heat,electricity,plumbing,ventilation or garbage and trash removal. <br /> (17) The storage of any explosive, combustible or other material which creates a safety or <br /> health hazard. <br /> (18) Trees, shrubbery, weeds, snow or other matter obstructing public ways, or causing <br /> visual barriers which create vehicular traffic or pedestrian safety hazards. <br /> (19) Trash or garbage containers left upon the sidewalk,the area between a street and <br /> sidewalk or the front or side yard, except as permitted by this Code for trash and <br /> garbage collection purposes. <br /> (20) Building materials stored on any lot in violation of Section 16-60, below. <br /> (21) Any furniture, not originally designed or manufactured solely for outdoor use; or any <br /> furniture which was originally designed or manufactured for outdoor use,which is now <br /> dilapidated or deteriorated. <br /> (22) A vehicle of any type which does not meet the definition of Abandoned Vehicle in <br /> Section 20-28 but is wrecked, partially or wholly dismantled,neglected, used primarily <br /> for waste storage,or otherwise used in a manner inconsistent with its intended use such <br /> that it becomes an attractive nuisance creating a hazard to public health and safety <br /> and/or poses a public nuisance. <br /> (23) A vehicle of any type which does not meet the definition of Abandoned Vehicle in <br /> Section 20-28 or the provisions of subsection (22) herein which: <br /> (i). Is parked in violation of Section 21.07.03(e)(4)of the Municipal Code; <br /> (ii) Is parked in a manner which damages property; <br /> (iii) Becomes an attractive nuisance creating a hazard to public health and safety; or <br /> (iv) Poses a public nuisance based upon a combination of the following factors: <br /> parked primarily for storage, number of vehicles, period of time, and/or lacking current <br /> registration. <br /> SECTION II.
