The Redevelopment Authority <br />June 5, 2013 Meeting Minutes <br />Football Hall of Fame. <br />C. Certification of the South Bend Redevelopment Authority concerning Insurance <br />and Tax Liability— Eddy Street Commons Project. <br />Mr. March said Debrah Jennings checked on the taxes for Eddy Street Commons <br />and those are current. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Alvarez, seconded by Ms. Pfotenhauer, the Authority <br />approved the Certification concerning Insurance and Tax Liability — Eddy Street <br />Commons Project. <br />d. Certification of the South Bend Redevelopment Authority concerning Insurance <br />and Tax Liability — Police and Fire. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Alvarez, seconded by Ms. Pfotenhauer, the Authority <br />approved the Certification concerning Insurance and Tax Liability — Police and <br />Fire. <br />e. Authority approval of Resolution No. 185 regarding the disposition of certain <br />personal property and matters related thereto. <br />Mr. David Relos stated we had two different auction houses look at the property <br />that was left behind when the College Football Hall of Fame left. Both auction <br />houses did not think there was enough property left to hold an auction. This <br />resolution will authorize the disposition of the property left behind to the Center <br />for History or the Northern Indiana Historical Society and other not - for - profits <br />who may have a use for some of the items. <br />Mr. Alvarez asked if any response from our letter to them had come back from the <br />Hall of Fame about the property and Mr. Relos said there was no response. Mr. <br />Meteiver said the Authority has the right to donate to a museum or scientific <br />facility to aid in the running of their facility. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Pfotenhauer, seconded by Mr. Alvarez, the Authority <br />approved Resolution No. 185 regarding the disposition of certain personal <br />property and matters related thereto. <br />4.
